DigIT Hub Missions
Kick-start your digitalisation project together with DigIT Hub!
Is your organisation an SME (Small to Medium Sized Enterprise) or public sector entity in Southern Sweden?
Do you have ideas for digitalisation projects that can contribute to Smart Cities or Smart Industry?

BACKGROUND
DigIT Hub Missions
DigIT Hub is an EU-funded project supporting increased digitalisation of SMEs and the Public sector in Southern Sweden. We focus specifically on the transformation towards “Smart Sustainable Cities” and “Smart Industry” (Manufacturing and Advanced Materials). Part of our funding is dedicated to helping organisations test their digitalisation ideas through DigIT Hub Missions.

The Mission Process

*The Take-Off & Landing phase IS EXPECTED TO Last APPROX. 6 MONTHS in total
DigIT HUB MISSIONS
What’s In It For You
As a selected DigIT Hub Mission, our team and network of partners will work alongside you for 6 months to take your digitalisation idea to reality. The result is a lasting digital transformation effort that is implemented in your organisation.
Each DigIT Hub Mission is valued at 200.000 SEK, and entails the following:

Digital Assessments
Once you’ve been accepted into a Mission’s Cohort, our team will take you through three initial assessments:
Mind the GAP
QCM Digital Maturity Scan
Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Assessment
Combined, these will give you and our team a joint view of where you are currently at in your digitalisation journey, and what is needed to achieve the Mission goals.

Tools & Services
Does your Mission need an environment for testing IoT and sensor technology? 5G? Artificial Intelligence? Cyber Security measures?
Or do your digitalisation needs perhaps require new ways of thinking and behavioural change?
From robots for automatisation, to facilities and tools for innovation sprints – we have you covered and supported throughout the Mission.

Network of Support
The network supporting Missions are experts at what they do (but don’t just take our word for it – check them out for yourself here).
So, whether you’re in need of consultants for digital applications, researchers, service designers – or *fill in the blank* – our extensive network is here to help you along the way.
We also have funds available to support the additional procurement of services.

Learning Experience
Missions give you the opportunity of “learning by doing” in a safe environment with access to a community of digitalisation champions.
After the Mission, we will work with you to put together a Mission report and reference case to help communicate the achieved results, learning experience, and recommendations.
The intention is to share this with both internal and external audiences.

Digitalisation Needs: Missions will be selected to match available expertise and resources within the DigIT Hub partner network.
Sustainable Development: Missions will be selected based on the potential to use digitalisation as a tool for sustainable development, with clear links between the Mission scope and the Sustainable Development Goals.
Dedication: Missions will be selected based on the applicant’s willingness and ability to engage throughout the 6-month Mission period (resource needs and time commitment will vary depending on the specific Mission scope).
